The association organises supervisors from the northern half of Sweden.

Structure of the association
The board of 5 members meets 4 times a year, 2-3 of these meetings are usually seminars open to all members.
Concept of supervision
The main task of supervision is to bring forward, support and develop the gathered skills and competencies of each member in a supervision group and the group itself.
Target groups of supervision
Professionals working in the psychosocial field, e.g. social welfare offices, somatic and psychiatric health care and medical services, schools, churches etc.
Training of supervisors
- Criteria of admission to the training courses:
- 3,5 year university-education in social work
- Master degree in social work.
- Several years of working experiences.
- Duration of the course:
One and a half semester University-education in supervision.
Activities of the association
- Act for good supervision ethics;
- Development of theory- and methods in the field of supervision;
- Seminars and meetings for further education and exchange of experiences;
- Information giving about supervision to organisations;
- Support to supervision-on-supervision-groups;
- Contacts with the university and trade union concerning supervision.
